Run the day so the team can do the work.
Plan the week, then adjust it without drama.
Keep the standards when it is busy, not just when it is quiet.

Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.
Evidence you finish things.
Kindness under pressure.
Pay and place
£48–55k. On-site in Manchester. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
