About the role
Kiln is hiring a Production Planner. Plan four kilns, twelve makers and a waiting list that never shrinks. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.
What you’ll do
Run the day so the team can do the work.
Plan the week, then adjust it without drama.
Keep the standards when it is busy, not just when it is quiet.
What we’re looking for
Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.
Evidence you finish things.
Kindness under pressure.
Pay and place
£34–40k. On-site in Stoke-on-Trent. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
