Why we only list roles from the source

Every role on Filament comes from one place: the company’s own careers page. We fetch it hourly, and when a role disappears there it disappears here.
What that rules out
No scraping partners, no agencies posting on a client’s behalf, no ‘evergreen’ posts that are really a talent pool. If a company does not list a role itself, we do not list it.
What it costs us
A smaller list. We think that is the point.
