Brightwater is hiring a Account Executive. Bring accountancy firms onto Brightwater. Short cycle, warm leads, honest quota. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.

What you’ll do

• Run discovery calls that respect the buyer’s time.

• Keep the pipeline honest in the CRM.

• Hand over to onboarding so nothing is repeated.

What we’re looking for

• Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.

• Evidence you finish things.

• Kindness under pressure.

Pay and place

£45–55k, OTE £75k. Three days a week in London, the rest wherever you work best. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
