About the role

Brightwater is hiring a Product Manager. Own instant payouts from spec to launch, with a team of six. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.

What you’ll do

• Write the spec, then cut it in half.

• Sit with support for a day a month.

• Decide with numbers, and say so when you are guessing.

What we’re looking for

• Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.

• Evidence you finish things.

• Kindness under pressure.

Pay and place

£85–100k. Three days a week in London, the rest wherever you work best. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
