Brightwater is hiring a Data Analyst. Answer the questions the credit team is afraid to ask. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.

What you’ll do

• Build the models the finance team actually uses.

• Turn a vague question into a query and a chart.

• Explain uncertainty in plain English.

What we’re looking for

• Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.

• Evidence you finish things.

• Kindness under pressure.

Pay and place

£48–58k. Three days a week in Edinburgh, the rest wherever you work best. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
