Roles that state a pay range receive 2.3 times the applications of roles that do not, and the applicants are better matched. So from today a range is required.
The objections
‘Our existing staff will see it.’ They already know. ‘We pay for the right person.’ Then say the range you would pay them.
What we accept
A range in any currency, per year, per day or per hour. Not ‘competitive’ and not ‘DOE’.
